Before contacting support

Confirm your phone is connected to WiFi.
Grant location permission if Android requires it for WiFi network information.
Run the test again after moving closer to the router.
Include your phone model, Android version, and what you expected to happen.

Why location permission is requested

Android commonly requires location permission before apps can read the current WiFi network name and signal details. Home WiFi Doctor uses this permission only for WiFi diagnostics.

No WiFi password collection

Home WiFi Doctor does not read, store, or upload your WiFi password.
